My boyfriend and I were looking to relocate close to my brother and mom in Bonney Lake.  We went through an open house in their neighborhood and wanted to make an offer on the home.  Before sitting down and making an offer with the agent selling the house, we decided to talk to our loan officer, Reuben Sturdivant, to make sure we were qualified to make an offer.  Once we found out we were qualified, we were asked if we had agent representation.  When I told Reuben we just planned on making an offer with the agent selling the house, they told me I should contact Greg Barrett to ensure I got a fair price for the home.  One of my concerns was the amount of money I was going to have to pay at closing.  After meeting Greg, he reassured me that he was going to get a fair price for the home and try to get the sellers to pay some of my closing costs.  Greg exceeded our expectations.  He negotiated the purchase price down $8,000 and had the sellers pay an additional $6,000 in closing costs.  Thank you Greg!
